Welcome to IrishRecharge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IrishRecharge website and mobile phone top-up services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

1.1 Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 Service Usage

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and eir any other accounts you create.

2. Top-Up Transactions

2.1 Transaction Accuracy

You are responsible for verifying all details of your top-up transactions, including the mobile phone number and amount, before submitting your order. IrishRecharge is not responsible for errors made by users when entering their top-up information.

2.2 Transaction Processing

While we strive to process all top-up transactions instantly, occasionally there may be delays due to technical issues, network connectivity problems, or verification requirements. IrishRecharge will make every reasonable effort to complete your transaction in a timely manner.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. All payment information is processed securely through our payment processors.

2.4 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction where payment has been processed but the top-up credit has not been delivered, we will either complete the transaction or provide a refund within 3-5 business days. You must notify us of any such issues within 24 hours of the attempted transaction.

3. Promotions and Special Offers

From time to time, IrishRecharge may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer. IrishRecharge reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IrishRecharge and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ireland and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of IrishRecharge.

4.2 User Content

By posting, uploading, or otherwise making available any content to the Service, you grant IrishRecharge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such content in connection with the Service.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by IrishRecharge

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5.2 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IrishRecharge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
• Any errors or defects will be corrected;
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IrishRecharge and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password;
• A breach of these Terms; or
• Content posted on the Service.
